The Smartphone major comes up with a concept of Reimagined Camera.

The new feature as part of taking lead in high efficient Camera in Smartphone. It added new ultra slow motion mode for video recording which is 4 times slower then its current slow motion provided in leading Galaxy series phone.

There is more for camera now you can create your on Emoji by taking selfie and saving it as an Emoji which you can use for various stickers for chat apps. A very efficient and quick face recognition technology to bit its rival Apple iPhone X Face recognition for phone unlock with addition of Iris scan.

As per its predecessor S9 also has infinite Display for uninterrupted entertainment, Heart rate sensor and all the S series feature that are launched by Samsung.

The S9 plus variant is coming with Dual camera to bit its rival in DSLR kind of photography. So lets see how the company gets response from its buyers, obviously the cost is less the Apple but still it is bit costlier then an average smart phones.

Samsung announced launch of Its new Phablet (Phone + Tablet) Galaxy Note. The Galaxy with lots stars and glitters. Let us see its highlighted features.

It is a 6.3 inch size phone with 12MP Dual rear camera and Android Nogut. For outside india it will have high end Qualcomm processor while in indian varient it will have Exynos with 6GB RAM. As per its standard for note devices it will come with S pen stylus. It will have 4k video recording capacity. It has 64GB/128GB/256GB variant of Memory.

It has Iris scanner, fingerprint scanner, compass, barometer and heart rate.

It is water resistance and has other standard features as company provide in Note Series.

Android O is Oreo

The Google has launched its new Android OS version O for their developers to test and report any bugs.

Here are some of the features that are included in the new OS.

Notification shade change

The notification tray has been the main thing you catch when you view the new O, the icon place and size has been changed. that will accommodate more space.

When you long press on any notifications it will popup configuration for that app to have any future notification enable or disable or how to get notification and manage notification settings.

There is a new color scheme which has white and black style, the menu list is shorter now from the Nougat and it has more user friendly name convention and description for menu items.

Picture in Picture

The new thing is  feature introduced called picture in picture, it is similar to YouTube app where you can watch the video in small floating window while in background you can scroll the list of items, now the same thing has been introduce in native device itself so developer can use that to develop their apps.

Background process limit

Google has now focus on memory and battery drain to have feature of background process limitation. This will improve all device performance.

It’s N for Nougat

Yes it is now official the latest Android 7.0 will have its user friendly name as “Nougat“.

As per the techies talk the system will have new features like inline reply from notification, split screen compatibility and other graphics related upgraded features.

For the developer it will run on Open JDK instead of Apache Harmony. This will promote the common code base between Java and Android.

It will have seamless automatic system updates, the system will have a offline partition where the system updates works while other partition will run as frontend. when on the next boot the offline partition will be mark as active and the older one will be kept as backup in case of update failure.

Google IO 2016 Highlights

Last Weekend was time for annual Developer conference and event at Google. Which is formally known as Google I/O 2016. Let us see what key points announced for user and developers.

Daydream – the new Google’s Mobile Virtual Reality Gadget which totally based on Andriod N. But the main drawback is it will work with only new phones which have sensors and screen compatibility.

Allo and Duo – These are the 2 new Apps by Google while Allo is totally messaging App same as WhatsApp. it also has Google Assistant which is an imporved version of Google voice. The other one Duo is Video Chatting App which can compete with Apples’s Facetime.

Google Home – The new Home automation system designed by Google to counter its rival Amazon Echo. It will connect multiple Device with each other to form a Network.

Android N – The preview of new Android OS new set of easy settings, new Emojis, new ways to control notifications and many other new features.

There is new type of App to be there which can be run directly without any need to install it. this can be possible for some light weight app like photo stream or live video stream.

The E-commerce giant Amazon has just launch its video streaming services to take on rival Youtube. Amazon Prime Video is the name of the online video streaming service.

As described on it’s website the service will help content creator and storytellers to share their ideas with the millions of users. It has same function like YouTube for the account creation and upload of videos on the account.

There is a feature called Prime Streaming where any video watched by premier customer can earn bucks to the user based on minutes streamed and monthly subscription to his account.

Here user can upload videos in all the leading formats and it will be converted into stream format.

I have been using this service since a month and it is a way ahead of YouTube in terms of video streaming quality but it has cost of yearly subscription.. if you are mad behind movies then you should be a Prime member.

You may have seen one message during chat with your friends in recent days. This message to inform us that now our chat and conversations are safe from intrusion.

WhatsApp recently introduced new feature of Encryption. Which has End to End encryption for messages, so from now onward when you chat your data will transfer in Encrypted so no one in between can breach your data or misuse your data for their own purpose. They even said that the WhatsApp itself can’t be able to identify this data while it is in transit.

In recent time we have came across Apple battle against FDI about unlocking the iPhone. So there may be some critics who fills that it may happen that due to this feature there may be chance of it that some anti social person may use it. But their may be some way should be there to avoid such issue but to maintain individual’s privacy.

There is now new feature available to format the text on your message like bold, italic and Strike through. so now instant messages can also be formatted like emails and documents.

On 21st March there was an event held by Apple at it’s California Head quarter. There is an announcement for new economic and 4 inch iPhone which is probably targeting the small countries and medium – economical market.

Same as all the other high end iPhones, iPhone SE also comes in 16GB and 64GB variations with 4G/LTE support. you can shoot 4k videos with this new iPhone. Apple may be considering India as a potential for its economic version of iPhones let’s see how long it takes.

However there are several things missing from iPhone SE which includes 128GB variant, High Resolution Front face camera and 3D touch sensing. you can check for a good video by Cnet. which shows you all the features that are included and missing from SE.

Google Maps now guide you to Near by Taxis

There is a new Feature included in new Updates of Google Maps Android App for showing nearby taxi rides. The new feature of Google Maps will show you information about nearby available taxi service provider when you search for a destination.

The App will show you which type of Taxi service provider is available for you to ride to your destination. currently if you have any of the Partnered taxi service providers App then it will show you their fare and on click of that details you will be redirected to that app for the booking of taxi.

Currently this feature included for 5 countries Taxi services which includes India’s Uber and Ola Cabs Taxi service provider.

Just Hang on to it you never know what Google Maps will bring for your platter.
